Pakistani citizens, registered online at starjaidad.com, will be eligible to book a housing unit of Ujala Homes, when launched later after obtaining all necessary official NOCs. The Registration is totally FREE. You don’t have to pay anything to anyone. No cash payment is to be made to any estate agent, representative of starjaidad.com or Star Marketing, or any other person before official NOCs are obtained in any Ujala Homes project of any city.

After obtaining required official NOCs, the Registered members of each city will be informed through the media about the booking process and payment schedules when the Ujala Homes project of their city is ready to be launched. A balloting may take place if the number of applicants exceeds the number of Homes and Apartments.
